THE BEST SIDE OF ICE CREAM CAKE GELATO

Take a “box” of ice cream out of the freezer and open it absolutely so it seems like a sq. of ice cream.I left it to cool for over an hour or so. I unrolled it and it broke in several places. Do you think that I still left it to cool rolled up far too long? I however filled it with ice cream and rolled it up as best as I could. It’s super yum
